Springtime spectacle

The gorgeous bluebells in our nearby woods are in full bloom at the moment – quite a lot earlier than last year. The ancient forest floor of Cave Wood is currently covered in a carpet of violet-blue flowers, taking over from the wood anemones that dominated until recently. I just can’t seem to get enough of this British spring spectacle!
